What you'll do
As a Product Designer in the Consumer team, you’ll work on Picnic’s core mobile app and help shape an app used by millions of people in the Netherlands, Germany and France. You’ll own features end to end, from the first insight to the shipped experience. Together with product owners, engineers and UX researchers, you’ll turn fuzzy problems into sharp design directions. You’ll test prototypes with real customers, work closely with developers, and contribute to the design system. Perfect if you like moving fast, making real impact and designing products people genuinely use.
Tasks
Take end-to-end ownership of mobile app features
Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers and engineers on strong solutions
Turn exploratory research into clear design directions
Create and test low- and high-fidelity prototypes with customers
Document final interaction and UI requirements for developers
Contribute to the design system and shared libraries
Continuously explore new ideas and improvements

What you’ll need
3-6 years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced digital environment
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking and real impact
Experience with Figma and rapid prototyping
Degree in design, such as CMD, UX, Interaction or Product Design
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to define direction independently
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
Fluent in English and available to work on-site full time
