What you'll do
As Snitcher’s second Product Designer, you’ll take features end to end and help raise the design bar across the product. You’ll work on complex data, contribute to the design system and move easily between product and marketing. Sometimes you start with a vague brief, sometimes with an engineer who already built a POC, and sometimes you design directly in the browser. You turn loose ideas into a sharp product that GTM teams actually want to use. In your first months, you’ll ship something to real customers, gather insights and iterate fast.
Tasks
Turn features from idea to shipped product- Work on product and marketing projects
- Expand the design system and component library
- Translate complex data into clear flows
- Collaborate with engineering and GTM
- Analyze and improve features after launch
- Create prototypes and POCs to test ideas
Where you'll work
Snitcher helps B2B companies see who visits their website and turns that data into pipeline. The company is bootstrapped, profitable and building a strong product for GTM teams without VC pressure. You’ll work directly with Davey, the Product Design Lead, and with engineers who take design seriously. The vibe is practical and ambitious: lots of ownership, little micromanagement and room to make real impact. Because the team is still small, you’ll see the results of your work quickly and help shape a product that is still evolving fast.
What Snitcher offers
Salary of 50,000 to 65,000 euros per year- Equity in a company with strong growth potential

What you’ll need
You already have experience as a Product Designer- You can design features independently from start to finish
- You like working with complex data and systems
- You can prototype in Figma and ideally in code too
- You understand how design works with engineering and GTM
- You care about craft and want to keep improving
- You have the right to work in the Netherlands
