What you'll do
As a Senior Experience Design Consultant at Sopra Steria, you'll tackle complex challenges where strategy, service design, and UX converge. You start at the core of the client's question and collaborate with stakeholders to create the best solutions. Whether it's drafting a service blueprint or developing UX flows and prototypes, you bridge the gap between thinking and doing. You work in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to digital transformations within large organizations, especially in public and semi-public sectors.
Tasks
Work on strategic design projects and UX design within complex client environments- Help clarify the client's question
- Conduct research and translate insights into design choices
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes
- Design and facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions
- Advise on the strategic value of design
- Recognize opportunities to deepen client questions

What you’ll need
HBO or WO degree in a relevant field- At least 6 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Experience with UX design and service design
- Experience with user research and facilitation
- Consultancy experience and strategic design
- Commercial sensitivity and experience with public organizations
