What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at EverAI, you’ll help shape the next generation of AI experiences. You’ll design end to end across multiple product areas, from conversational experiences and character creation to monetization flows, growth experiences, and interactive features. This role is about more than making things look good; it’s about making products work, scale, and convert. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership, turning complex challenges into smart solutions, while also using AI image and video tools to explore faster and design better. It’s a role for someone with strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the drive to make a real impact in a fast-moving team.
Tasks
Create end-to-end designs across multiple product areas- Translate complex product and technical problems into intuitive user experiences
- Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion
- Create and iterate visual content for product, growth, and marketing
- Help shape new features and interaction patterns
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership
- Build prototypes with the right tool and fidelity

What you’ll need
Strong experience designing consumer digital products- Good product thinking and interaction design skills
- Technical fluency and comfort with AI tools
- Strong prototyping skills, from design tools to code-based prototypes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High visual craft and taste
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Portfolio with shipped work is required
