What you'll do
As Senior Product Designer Mobile, you’ll own the full mobile experience at Hostaway for iOS and Android. You’ll design an app that helps property managers and hosts run their business on the go: approving bookings, messaging guests, resolving issues, and keeping track of their portfolio anywhere. You’ll dive into discovery, turn insights from research and data into smart mobile journeys, and deliver native UI that actually works. You’ll also use AI thoughtfully across the design process, from research synthesis to prototyping and validation. With plenty of autonomy, you’ll help shape product strategy and raise the bar for mobile design standards.
Tasks
End-to-end ownership of mobile design for iOS and Android- Run discovery, research synthesis, and concept development with AI support
- Design native UI and support implementation
- Improve mobile journeys for adoption, retention, and growth
- Evolve the mobile design system
- Collaborate with product and engineering without formal authority

What you’ll need
7+ years designing complex digital products, ideally SaaS- Strong portfolio with shipped native mobile work for iOS and Android
- Deep knowledge of mobile UX/UI, IA, interaction design, and accessibility
- Experience with interactive prototyping
- You use AI tools across research, ideation, prototyping, and validation
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering without formal authority
