What you'll do
As Senior Research Manager, you will set the direction for UX research at Booking.com and help teams better understand what guests and partners need. You will lead a strong research team, coach managers, and translate broad business goals into a clear research and data roadmap. You’ll work closely with product, design, analytics, and data teams to combine insights from qualitative and quantitative research. You will shape research that influences product strategy, roadmap decisions, and launches. You’ll also make sure insights land clearly and convincingly with senior stakeholders, helping them make better decisions faster for the travel experience.
Tasks
Lead a team of researchers and other managers
Improve research quality and craft with the Research Director
Build a multi-year research and data roadmap
Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering on models and experiments
Combine insights from multiple data sources into strategic input
Turn complex research into executive-ready stories
Promote UX research and user-centred ways of working across the organisation

What you’ll need
10+ years of UX research experience
Experience managing other managers
Strong quantitative research skills and data analysis experience
Experience with primary and secondary research methods
Ability to turn complex data into clear product recommendations
Experience working with senior stakeholders in Product and Design
Background in psychology, behavioural sciences, HCI, economics, or similar
