What you'll do
As a UX Designer at Keen Design, you’ll work on digital products that truly matter. You’ll join projects for large organizations in sectors like government, finance, healthcare and software, turning complex challenges into smart, user-friendly solutions. You’ll work both independently and with multidisciplinary teams, with plenty of room to make real impact. No quick fixes, but substantial projects where you can really dig in and shape meaningful design decisions. On top of that, your growth matters: you’ll get coaching, a personal development budget and plenty of opportunities to keep building your UX skills.
Tasks
Translate user needs and complex workflows into clear UX solutions- Design in Figma for B2B and B2C environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Hand over designs to developers and align on implementation
- Contribute to accessibility and user research
- Work on impactful projects for large organizations

Market-based salary- One-year contract with the intention of a permanent role

What you’ll need
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Design, Communication and Multimedia Design, or something similar- You have 4 to 6 years of experience as a UX designer in a professional environment
- You have 2 to 3 years of experience designing complex workflows
- You can hand over designs clearly to developers
- You have experience with Figma
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently
- Experience with accessibility and user research is a plus
