What you'll do

As a UX Designer at Kwantum, you’ll work on the online experience of a major homeware brand that inspires thousands of customers every day. You’ll dive into customer behavior, spot where the digital journey can be smarter, and turn insights into concrete improvements. Think wireframes, prototypes, customer flows, and interactive designs that are not just visually strong, but actually work. Together with E-commerce, Marketing, the CRO Specialist, and the Web Analyst, you’ll help make the webshop more user-friendly, accessible, and commercially effective. It’s a role for someone who enjoys switching between research, design, and stakeholder management, and who gets energy from making impact on a high-traffic platform.

Tasks

  •   Research how customers use the digital channels
  •   Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and user experience
  •   Translate insights into UX improvements and concrete solutions
  •   Create wireframes, prototypes, customer flows, and interactive designs
  •   Run usability tests and A/B tests
  •   Advise stakeholders on UX, customer journeys, and design challenges
  •   Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, CRO, and Web Analytics

Within the e-commerce environment, you’ll work on a digital customer journey with high visibility and direct impact. The atmosphere is informal and the lines are short, so ideas can move fast and you can truly influence improvements. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines, such as E-commerce, Marketing, CRO, and Web Analytics. That makes the work varied and gives you plenty of room to learn, experiment, and grow further within the UX field.

What Kwantum offers

  •   Salary between 4000 and 5000 gross per month
  •   Full-time role of 37 hours per week
  •   At least three days a week in the office and two days working from home

What you’ll need

  •   Completed higher professional or university education, or equivalent working and thinking level
  •   Relevant experience as a UX Designer, preferably in retail
  •   Experience with research, problem framing, and research methodology
  •   Experience with Figma and Miro
  •   Experience with wireframes, prototypes, and customer flows
  •   Strong analytical and communication skills
  •   Knowledge of UX/UI trends, digital accessibility, and WCAG
