What you'll do
As a UX Writer in Booking.com’s Organic Marketing team, you’ll shape copy that helps millions of travellers find their way faster and smarter. You’ll work on top-of-the-funnel landing journeys, partner with product and engineering teams, and write content that stays locally relevant even when translated into 44+ languages. The role is nicely varied: one week you’ll be deep in campaigns, the next you’ll switch quickly to smaller requests or flows. You’ll combine creative writing with data, AI topics, and close collaboration with Marketing, Brand, Legal, and UX colleagues.
Tasks
Write copy across online channels, platforms and end-to-end journeys
Provide Language Specialists with enough context for local translations
Use data and business metrics to measure impact and improve copy
Collaborate with other UX Writers to keep messaging consistent
Partner with PMs, designers, researchers and developers on business strategy
Work on AI topics such as prompting and quality assessment
Help create scalable, futureproof and clear content

What you’ll need
Minimum 3 years of relevant UX Writing experience
Experience in e-commerce or data-driven product teams
Experience with AI topics such as prompting and quality assessment
Native-level English
A portfolio showing UX writing work
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once
