What you'll do
As an Allround Designer at Trojan Monkeys, you’ll give brands a sharp, standout look and feel across every channel. You’ll create a wide mix of work: from campaign visuals and social content to brand videos, posters, and commercials. You won’t just work with Adobe; you’ll also use AI tools that speed things up without compromising quality. You’ll think conceptually, keep a close eye on detail, and make sure every file is press-ready. What you’ll need
At least 2 years of experience as an allround or visual designer- Strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and CapCut
- You can handle retouching, colour matching, and print work
- You know AI tools like Nano Banana and Seedance, or want to learn fast
- You enjoy collaborating and actively contributing ideas
- You switch easily between projects and keep an eye on detail
- You’re conceptually strong and not afraid to share your opinion
