What you'll do
As a Medior Digital Designer at Norday, you'll be designing digital products that truly make an impact. You'll work in a dedicated team of designers, developers, strategists, and project managers on various digital products and platforms. You translate complex issues into accessible and future-proof digital experiences. Co-creation and iterative design are essential in your process, and you're curious about the role of AI in design. You'll collaborate closely with clients and users to create the best solutions.
Tasks
Designing creative, thoughtful concepts in team settings- Presenting and explaining design choices to clients and colleagues
- Working with accessibility guidelines (WCAG, A11Y)
- Applying motion design
- Creating low- and hi-fidelity prototypes
- Working within and expanding existing design systems
- Keeping up with developments and experimenting with new tools

Norday is a leading digital design & innovation agency, formed from the merger of IN10 and GRRR. They are headquartered in Rotterdam with a flex location in Amsterdam. As a B Corp, they leverage technology and design for a better world. Their team of about 50 people works in small, agile teams, providing the dynamics of a small agency with the reach of a large one. Norday is part of Handpicked, a group of 12 agencies with around 300 colleagues, allowing collaboration with specialists in SEO, marketing, or AI.
What Norday offers

What you’ll need
2 to 4 years of agency experience- Ability to design creative and thoughtful concepts
