What you'll do
As a Product Designer, you’ll work on complex business applications for large organizations. You’ll dive into processes, requirements, and user needs, and translate them into smart flows, wireframes, prototypes, and clear interfaces. Together with users, IT, and management, you’ll uncover where things can improve and help teams make choices that are not only visually strong, but also feasible for development. AI plays an active role in your work: from structuring input to exploring variants and edge cases. This role is for someone who enjoys going deep, wants to make an impact on internal software, and is ready to grow toward seniority.
Tasks
Research business processes with users, IT, and management
Design process flows, wireframes, and prototypes for complex applications
Develop interfaces based on existing design systems or a new one
Use AI to structure input, explore variants, and sharpen documentation
Align design decisions with stakeholders and development
Think along on feasibility, consistency, and handoff quality
Collaborate in a product design team across research, UX, UI, and service design
Where you'll work
You’ll join a compact UX agency that is part of a broader collaboration, including a development agency. That means you’re close to the full product process, from research to handoff. The team works on complex custom applications for large organizations, often in environments where processes, systems, and stakeholders are tightly connected. That makes the work both challenging and highly relevant for your portfolio. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, with plenty of contact between colleagues and regular social activities, including an annual trip to Lisbon. You’ll work with product designers who cover the full discipline, giving you lots of room to learn and keep growing broadly.
