What you'll do
As a Product Designer at Van Passe, you’ll work on the continued development of a digital financial product used by more than 1,000 customers. You’ll dive into the existing application, spot where users get stuck, and turn that into smart improvements that truly make a difference. You won’t just focus on individual screens; you’ll look at the full flow, from structure and navigation to interaction, visual quality, and microcopy. You’ll work closely with the founders and developers, use modern design and AI tools, and stay involved until a solution actually works well in the product. Perfect if you like spotting opportunities independently and making impact fast.
Tasks
Analyze and continuously improve the digital product- Translate user needs into clear product solutions
- Make complex financial processes simple and understandable
- Design, analyze, and optimize user flows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and concepts where needed
- Improve information architecture, navigation, and design consistency
- Process feedback and review improvements live

What Van Passe offers
Salary between 3500 and 5000 euros per month- 8% holiday allowance
- 25 vacation days
- Pension scheme with two-thirds employer contribution
- Hybrid working: about 50% from home and 50% in the office
- Two weeks per year fully remote

What you’ll need
Experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, UX Designer, or similar digital product role- Strong sense of both design and usability
- You can translate user problems into concrete solutions
- You understand complex digital processes and flows
- You quickly spot what is illogical or inconsistent
- Experience with web apps, SaaS, or dashboards is a plus
- You work independently, practically, and result-oriented
