What you'll do
At Funda, you’ll work as a Senior Product Designer on Funda Desk: the platform where real estate agents manage their daily work. You’ll bring structure to complex flows, translate technical constraints into smart interaction design solutions, and think about the product as a whole. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team with engineers, a product manager, and other designers. Together, you’ll research, design, test, and keep improving. You’ll also help grow the design system so teams can work faster and more consistently. This is a role for someone who likes going deep and wants to make an impact on a product used every day by thousands of real estate agents.
Tasks
Translate complex user flows and technical constraints into clear interaction design solutions- Conduct user research and validate ideas with real estate agents or consumers
- Work closely with engineers and product managers from concept to implementation
- Help the team move forward with new product initiatives and ongoing developments
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system
- Proactively engage stakeholders, ask questions, and justify design decisions

What Funda offers
Monthly salary from 5,873.56 to 7,543.38- Annual bonus up to 1.5 times your monthly salary
- Hybrid working with at least 40% in the office and a fixed office day on Friday
- 25 paid vacation days with the option to buy extra days
- €2,000 annual learning budget
- Full travel reimbursement for office days
What you’ll need
Minimum higher professional education level, for example HCI, Interaction Design, or CMD- Around 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer
- Experience with complex digital products or applications
- A strong portfolio showing product thinking and problem-solving skills
- You are proactive and reach out to stakeholders on your own
- You can clearly justify your design choices in Dutch and English
