What you'll do
As a Senior UX Designer at Riverty, you’ll help shape smart, human-centered financial services that actually make sense for consumers. You’ll dive into research, turn insights into strong end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and make sure the experience stays smooth, clear, and user-friendly across every consumer touchpoint. You’ll work closely with UX designers, UI designers, service designers, and UX writers, as well as Product and Tech. In this role, you’ll help users navigate the service better while also strengthening the design culture and human-centric mindset across the organization.
Tasks
Conduct user research and translate insights into concrete design solutions- Create and improve end-to-end flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Validate designs for effectiveness and usability
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Contribute high-fidelity designs and UI components to the design system
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and other stakeholders
- Represent the customer’s voice within the team

What you’ll need
Experience with user research and translating insights into design- Proven experience in end-to-end product design
- Strong skills in wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Good understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability
- You collaborate well with Product, Tech, and stakeholders
- Experience with design systems is a plus
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a nice-to-have
