What you'll do
At Cliendo, you’ll work on smart SaaS healthcare software that helps care professionals spend less time on admin and more time with their clients. You’ll be the design department and tackle complex challenges for Cliendo2, the new and more advanced version of the platform. Think evaluations, dossiers, forms and incident reporting, all designed to feel logical, clear and smooth. You’ll work closely with a team of developers and turn ideas into strong UX/UI solutions. If you get energy from bringing structure to complicated processes, this is your kind of role.
Tasks
Design UX/UI for Cliendo2 and simplify complex healthcare workflows- Create user flows for evaluations, dossiers, forms and incident reporting
- Work with developers to make designs technically feasible
- Use Figma to turn ideas into clear, polished concepts
- Help shape product decisions and priorities as Product Owner
- Test, refine and improve designs based on feedback
Where you'll work
Cliendo is a fast-growing SaaS healthcare software company with more than 1,000 care organizations using the product every day. The team has 10 people, half of whom work mostly remote, so you get a lot of freedom and short communication lines. There is no design department; you are the design department, which means you’ll have a big say in how the product looks and works. The office in Amsterdam Zuid is bright, stylish and located under Vondelpark. The vibe is straightforward and collaborative, with a team that wants to build something that truly makes a difference in healthcare.

What you’ll need
At least 5 years of work experience in UX/UI design- A strong portfolio showing how you solve complex problems
- You are comfortable working in Figma
- You enjoy collaborating with developers
- You speak Dutch
- You feel at home in a role with a lot of influence and responsibility
