What you'll do
Are you an analytical and creative UX Designer energized by optimizing digital products? Elektramat is seeking a driven UX Designer to elevate their webshops, internal platforms, and digital touchpoints. You'll work in a multidisciplinary team, diving deep into the psyche of the target audience. Translate qualitative insights and strategic business goals into concrete UX opportunities, ensuring their digital interfaces become smarter, more intuitive, and consistent.
Tasks
Research user needs and design based on data- Map pain points and translate them into interaction concepts
- Design platform logic and structure navigation systems
- Build interactive wireframes and prototypes
- Translate concepts into functional designs and optimize the Design System
- Set up usability tests and design reviews, analyzing results
- Collaborate with Product Owners and developers for smooth design-to-development hand-off

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in communication and multimedia design or similar- At least three years of experience as a UX Designer
- Experience with user research and translation into UX concepts
- Structured work with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and collaboration with product teams
- Proficiency in setting up usability tests and data analysis
