What you'll do

Tasks
Lead UX projects from strategy to delivery- Facilitate workshops and gather client insights
- Conduct user research and translate findings into designs
- Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders
- Create and maintain design systems in Figma
- Validate designs with users
- Think strategically about UX challenges
- Design visually and functionally strong solutions
- Understand the context and underlying client needs
- Help shape the agency and build strong client relations

Salary between 3500 and 4250 euros per month depending on experience- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance

What you’ll need
Minimum 5 years of experience as UX Designer- Experience in user research and validation
- Skilled in Figma and design systems
- Strategic and hands-on mindset
- Strong collaboration with various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Affinity with B2B, SaaS or public sector is a plus
- You see opportunities and inspire others
- You work in a structured and process-driven way
- You enjoy working in a small, committed team
