What you'll do
As a Customer Journey Specialist, you’ll dive into Life Outdoor Living’s full omnichannel customer journey. You’ll map personas and customer journey maps, uncover where customers drop off, and turn data, feedback, and behavior into smart improvements. You’ll work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, Retail, Customer Service, and Logistics, plus an external UX and development partner. It’s a broad role where you don’t just analyze, you actually make an impact on content, service, communication, and processes. A great fit if you get energy from customer behavior, bringing structure, and driving improvements that noticeably improve the customer experience.
Tasks
Map and optimize online and omnichannel customer journeys
Create, refine, and maintain customer journey maps and personas
Analyze customer behavior, feedback, reviews, and KPIs like NPS, CSAT, and CES
Combine qualitative and quantitative insights to spot drop-offs and opportunities
Translate insights into improvements for content, communication, service, and processes
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen customer-centric thinking
Monitor and report on the results of improvement initiatives

What you’ll need
HBO or university-level working and thinking ability
Relevant experience in Customer Experience, Customer Journey, UX, CRO, E-commerce, or a similar field
Experience with customer journey mapping and/or personas
Ability to connect qualitative and quantitative insights
Affinity with data and analytics tools such as GA4
Strong communication skills with different stakeholders
Accurate, structured, and proactive working style
