What you'll do
As a Junior/ Medior UX Designer at Deloitte, you’ll help design, build and launch future-proof user experiences for a wide range of clients. You’ll dive into research, turn insights into sharp ideas and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups and accessible interfaces. Together with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, you’ll turn complex challenges into smart solutions that really work. You’ll work closely with developers, test prototypes and use Figma and design systems to make your work production-ready. This role suits someone who likes to go deep, collaborate well and make real impact.
Tasks
Conduct qualitative user research such as user testing, interviews and focus groups
Translate research observations into critical insights and actionable recommendations
Participate in and co-facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams
Iteratively design user flows, wireframes, mockups and user journeys
Set up and use a design system for pixel-perfect designs
Design digital and physical prototypes to test and learn
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for optimal implementation in Figma

What you’ll need
A relevant degree, for example in Human-Computer Interaction, Experience Design or Communication
A portfolio that clearly shows your process and designs
Experience translating research into insights and recommendations
Experience with design workshops and presenting your work to stakeholders
Knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent command of Dutch and English
You feel comfortable in an Agile team and enjoy collaborating
