What you'll do
At Mila Health, you step in as the first dedicated Product Designer and take ownership of the full consumer experience. You’ll work across mobile and web on the complete patient journey: from onboarding and medical intake to treatment plans, progress tracking, messaging, account management and checkout. You’ll also improve selected clinician workflows that directly impact care quality and speed. This is a senior, hands-on role where you explore ambiguous problems, turn them into clear flows, strong UI and testable prototypes, and help ship real solutions. At the same time, you’ll shape how design works at Mila as the team grows.
Tasks
Design consumer experiences for mobile and web- Improve onboarding, medical intake and treatment flows
- Work on selected clinician workflows
- Build and scale design systems
- Run product discovery with data, feedback and support tickets
- Prototype and test quickly with AI-native design tools
- Help define design standards and ways of working
Where you'll work
Mila Health is one of Europe’s fastest-growing healthtech scale-ups and the company behind Fellos and Goodweigh. They help people understand and improve their health through digital care, backed by a team of doctors and medication where appropriate. The company combines technology with its own medical practice and pharmacy, which means the full patient journey stays in-house: from intake and consultation to prescription, dispensing, delivery and ongoing treatment. You’ll work in a small core team with founders and engineers, alongside many medical professionals and support colleagues. What Mila Health offers
Salary of 65,000 to 85,000 euros per year- Equivalent to about 5,417 to 7,083 euros per month

What you’ll need
5+ years of product design experience- Strong experience with consumer web and mobile
- A portfolio showing problem, decisions, final product and impact
- Strong in UX, interaction and UI
- Able to handle ambiguous problems independently
- Pragmatic and comfortable shipping fast
- Fluent in English and based in the Netherlands
