What you'll do
As a Product Designer (AI-Native), you raise the visual and craft quality of digital products. You’ll work right in the middle of a team of product designers, art directors, strategy, and development, helping ideas move beyond polished mockups into smart, working solutions. This role is all about classical design skills, strong art direction, and a fresh take on AI-native ways of working. You’ll help shape spec-driven design and development, build machine-readable Figma structures, and feel at home in workflows where AI speeds up execution. Perfect if you want more impact, more pace, and more room for great design.
Tasks
Own visual and motion craft on key projects- Develop interface design, typography, and art direction
- Structure Figma for tokenized, machine-readable systems
- Help build spec-driven, AI-native workflows
- Prototype ideas beyond static mockups
- Present direction to senior stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and development

What you’ll need
6+ years of experience as a senior product or visual designer- A portfolio showing classical design sensibility and real product depth
- Experience with motion design and its role in craft
- Comfort with AI prototyping tools and working directly in code
- Experience with component-based design systems and Git-based workflows
- Strong collaboration skills with senior clients and teams
- Agency experience is a plus
