What you'll do
At EWOR, you will join as a Sustainability UI/UX & Brand Designer and help build new initiatives from the ground up. You’ll have the freedom to turn ideas into concrete solutions, from early concepts and prototypes to production. The role is all about moving fast, designing smart, and taking ownership in a high-growth environment without unnecessary layers or slow processes. You’ll work directly with a strong team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders, and help shape the growth of a new department with ambitious goals. Perfect if you get energy from building, accelerating, and creating visible impact.
Tasks
Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in sustainability and other cutting-edge domains- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
- Architect scalable solutions for long-term growth
- Hit critical milestones toward a potential spin-off and institutional backing
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders

What you’ll need
You are based in Europe or the Americas, or open to remote/relocation- You have a strong builder mindset and enjoy end-to-end ownership
- You have proven domain expertise and experience building from scratch
- You can translate strategic ideas into execution
- You speak and write excellent English
