What you'll do
As UX/Design System Expert, you help build a scalable design system for software that truly supports healthcare professionals. You define the design vision and UX principles, turn research and observations into concrete improvements, and make sure components, tokens, and documentation are not only correct but actually used. You move easily between strategy and hands-on work, collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and QA, and create support for smart design decisions. You also use AI to make research, documentation, and prototyping faster and smarter.
Tasks
Define the design vision and UX principles for the full product- Map end-to-end customer journeys for healthcare professionals
- Design reusable components with states and edge cases
- Translate design tokens and accessibility into maintainable standards
- Introduce design reviews, handoff agreements, and deviation requests
- Create mockups and well-founded design proposals for product owners
- Use AI for research, documentation, and prototyping

What Zenya offers
Gross monthly salary from 3700 to 4500 euros based on 40 hours- Home working allowance of 2.45 euros per day
- Mileage reimbursement of 0.25 euros per kilometer

What you’ll need
HBO-level working and thinking ability- You can analyse and solve complex problems independently
- You live within 80 kilometres of the High Tech Campus Eindhoven
- You work autonomously without a design team as backup
