What you'll do

As a UX Research Intern, you’ll dive into a world of extraordinary objects and even more extraordinary users. You’ll support both qualitative and quantitative research and take part in the full research process: defining questions, choosing methods, recruitment, interviews, usability tests, analysis and sharing insights. Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Data, you’ll turn customer behaviour, motivations and pain points into concrete improvements that truly make an impact.

  •   Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys and other studies
  •   Help define research questions and choose the right methods
