What you'll do
As a Senior UX Service Designer, you will shape the police’s digital learning environment, used daily by thousands of employees to keep their legal knowledge up to date. You will connect user needs, business processes, and the organizational context into smart solutions that actually work. You’ll dive into research, turn insights into personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and prototypes, and validate your ideas with users. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, developers, and education specialists. The result: a better learning experience, accessible knowledge, and direct impact on the professionalization of the police.
Tasks
Research user needs using qualitative and quantitative methods
Facilitate co-creative workshops with users and stakeholders
Develop personas, user journeys, and service blueprints
Design wireframes and low/high-fidelity prototypes
Validate prototypes through usability testing
Work on accessibility and inclusivity
Contribute to the development of the UX discipline

Salary between 4,336 and 6,490 gross per month

What you’ll need
HBO bachelor degree or equivalent through EVC, or at least 2 years of experience at the required level
At least 5 years of experience with complex service or UX challenges
Experience with user-centered design and service design methods
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research
Experience with Enterprise Design for internal processes
Skilled with Figma and other prototyping tools
Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and able to work independently
