What you'll do

In this role, you work on the customer journey for entrepreneurs within Business Insurance. You make the journey from orientation to renewal smarter, simpler, and more customer-focused. You combine customer insights, data, stakeholder management, and experiments to identify improvement opportunities and turn them into concrete actions. You work in a multidisciplinary team with colleagues from Business, IT, UX, Risk, Compliance, and external insurance partners. This is a role for someone who enjoys moving between analysis, alignment, and execution, and who gets energy from making an impact on digital insurance solutions.

Tasks

  •   Improve end-to-end customer journeys and propositions
  •   Analyze customer feedback, funnel data, and web analytics
  •   Translate customer and business needs into requirements and improvement initiatives
  •   Identify and remove drop-off points and conversion barriers
  •   Collaborate with Business, IT, UX, Risk, and Compliance
  •   Build alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  •   Support roadmap priorities on customer value, conversion, and growth

What you’ll need

  •   WO-level education and thinking ability
  •   Experience in customer journey optimization, product management, or a similar customer-focused role
  •   Strong communication skills
  •   Experience in stakeholder management and building alignment
  •   Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
  •   Strong analytical skills
  •   Excellent command of Dutch and English
